About Me

Bailey Earith is a professional fiber artist. She creates fabric art that has textural elements. These elements often include beads, hand-painted fabric, yarns, and found objects.

As an Artist-in-Residence, Bailey teaches children how to create art. She specializes in teaching children and adults with disabilities. Bailey believes in helping everyone reach his or her creative potential regardless of age or skill level.

Bailey has exhibited across the country and has work in countries around the world. Bailey teaches often throughout the year and has been published extensively in magazines and books for both her studio and artist-in-residence work.

Special needs artists and homeless animals link causes

I always encourge my special needs artists, young and old, to give back to the community. I believe everyone has something to offer others. And of course the joy of giving comes back to you tenfold. I found out about this wonderful program! Bailey

"Art for a Cause, a Birmingham-based company that sells decorated home, garden and kitchen tools, hand-painted by students and adults with developmental disabilities and other special needs, will unveil its new line of dog accessories. The Michigan Animal Adoption Network will be on hand at the Birmingham Palladium, with a few of its adopted dogs, too. It will announce a partnership with Art for a Cause and both organizations will distribute information about helping animals and children..."
